A verified, invite-only access platform for private-market opportunities. It connects qualified capital with verified owners and asset controllers — enabling discreet discovery through a controlled introduction process.
Every member completes KYC and signs an NDA before accessing any listing. Every vendor is verified before any opportunity is listed. Identity, capacity and mandate are confirmed — so both sides know exactly who they are dealing with.
Access to sensitive information is gated behind a structured approval process. Members request introductions. Owners approve or decline. Nothing is disclosed without explicit consent from both sides at each stage.
BlackCloud provides verified infrastructure for principals to meet directly. It coordinates introductions — it does not act as broker or intermediary and does not represent either party in a transaction.
How Access Works
A structured process from initial verification to principal-level engagement. Each stage requires confirmation from both sides before the next level opens.
Invitation through network or referral. Identity, role and mandate verified. NDA and platform terms signed. Access granted to L1 summaries.
Asset class, broad location, price range and key metrics. No address, owner identity or confidential financials disclosed at this stage.
Member submits an introduction request. Connection fee £250 (or covered by membership). BlackCloud contacts the owner on your behalf.
Owner reviews the buyer profile, approves or declines. If approved, a permissioned data room opens — title, leases, financials, P&L.
BlackCloud coordinates the first call, meeting or site visit. Negotiation proceeds directly between verified principals.
